Cancellations
We require a 24hr notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If a 24hr notice is not given, $50 will be charged to the card on file or at your next visit. This fee goes directly to your provider.
Refunds
We do NOT offer refunds for services or gift card purchases. We will leave the credit on your account until you are available to use it. This credit does not expire and can be converted to a gift card if you would like.
